She's All Dressed Up!

It's been a long time since I posted here. These last few days I have been extremely busy with both of my daughters and doing a lot of driving all over L.A. County and Orange County, between their schools.

It finally happened... my older daughter moved into her very first apartment with three other students. We've been doing a lot of shopping for things she needed and trying to get her all settled in. She starts school on Monday and I'm so proud of her and excited about her new classes to become a graphic designer. With so many mixed emotions that I'm facing, I'm hoping that things go back to normal this coming week.

The card I'd like to share with you today was actually made about a month ago for the daughter of one of our closest friends. She graduated college last month and for her card, I thought I'd use one of the new templates that I've been working on. I'm still tweaking the templates, so this is just a rough draft. Maybe next week I'll get some serious work done!

Here's a photo of the envelope I made for her card.

SUPPLIES
Template: Dress Form-Gown
Paper: My Mind's Eye DP
Acc: Banana 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon, Prima Marketing Flower, Rhinestones, Border Punch (Martha Stewart)

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
