Welcome to Creations by AR January Blog Hop!
With Valentine's Day coming up, I just had to include the heart wheel design on this two-tiered Lovely Cart (three wheel designs are included). I filled my cart with wrapped candies, but you can fill it with paper flowers (see photo below) or even a cupcake!
Now how about the fast and easy-to-make XO Heart Card? This template comes with a plain banner to use with stamps and another one with an "XOXO" cutout. So whether you use scissors or a cutting machine, several of these cards can be whipped up in no time!
